Encontram-se abertas até o dia 30 de março de 2024 as inscrições para elaborarmos o auxílio coletivo da FAPESP para a participação dos pesquisadores doutores do estado de São Paulo no 22nd ISBC & 20th ISLS (XXII International Symposium of Bioluminescence and Chemiluminescence (ISBC) and the XX International Symposium of Luminescence Spectroscopy (ISLS), que será realizado de 03 a 07 de junho de 2024 em Foz do Iguaçu, (https://www.isbc-isls2024.com/).
Os pesquisadores doutores vinculados com Instituição de pesquisa no estado de São Paulo interessados em participar deverão enviar uma mensagem diretamente para Cassius V. Stevani, stevani@iq.usp.br.
Devido ao tempo necessário para preparação da proposta e de julgamento da FAPESP, o prazo final de 30/03/24, e não será prorrogado.

LETTER OF INVITATION (FOR VISA)
Visas are required for some countries. Delegates should check with their local representations. Please note that it can take several weeks for process a visa application. Thus, early application is recommended. The conference organizers, or is agents, cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for registration fees will apply.
If you require a letter of invitation for Visa application purposes, you can ask for it at the same time when you are submitting an abstract. Please send an email to isbc.isls.2024@gmail.com to ask for it.
REGISTRATION FORM
This website is the only valid website for registration purposes. To register, please use the button provided at the end in this section of the website where you will be re-directed to the registration platform from the conference.
Once your registration has been completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at the email address provided during the registration (please check you spam folder as it is an automatic reply and sometimes it could be considered as spam). Please, contact to isbc.isls.2024@gmail.com if you don’t receive such confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS
If you need an invoice before making the payment, please write to isbc.isls.2024@gmail.com and we will send it to your email address. The invoice will be for the total amount of the payment.
Accepted means of payment are credit cards through PayPal and PIX for Brazilians. Bank charges have to be paid by the participant.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat to isbc.isls.2024@gmail.com.
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the technical secretariat of a change of name.
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the technical secretariat immediately. Cancellations received until April 30th 2024 shall be entitled to a refund of 85% (corresponding to the 100% of the registration fee except a 15% for administrative costs).
Cancellations received until May 10th 2024 shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received later than May 10th 2024 shall not be entitled to any refund.
No partial or total refunds will be made if conferences are cancelled due to speakers failing to attend or other changes in the program.
PROOF OF PAYMENT
Please be advised that payment of your registration has been confirmed in our system to participate in the in the XXII International Symposium of Bioluminescence and Chemiluminescense and XX International Symposium of Luminescence Spectroscopy, in Foz do Iguaçu, PR, Brazil from June 3rd to 7th, 2024.
To print your proof of payment, access the restricted area with your e-mail and password. After logging in, click on Purchase, identify the purchase and click on the Generate payment receipt button.
